Who I am:

Rooted in connection to Mother Earth and ancestral wisdom, I hold a vision of seeing humanity thrive. As a fiercely gentle and spirited woman with an active inner child and eternal optimism, I’m on a mission to bridge the gap between the sacred & modern world.

I spent many years working in global tech operations from DC to NYC, designing the architecture and human systems that allowed organizations to thrive and accelerate. That time revealed my innate capacity to nurture and anchor people through intense growth, while maintaining a steady vision. I saw firsthand that corporations mirror family systems, holding deep, often unacknowledged needs for everything from safety & order, to compassion & empathy, to integrity, beauty & inspiration.

I bring the logistical rigor of a tech executive, intuitive depth of a healer, and creative perspective of an artist. I draw from experience in corporate, operational excellence and elemental wisdom, continuously seeing how these viewpoints inform and impact one another. Ultimately, I support anyone who is ready to remember what matters & trust their truth so that they move from a place of security, ease, joy, purpose, and freedom.

My methodology has been forged through the modern corporate industry, as well as ancient wisdom. It is informed by a decade of operational & technical leadership at 2U, Yext, and WeWork, and sanctified through certifications and self-study in Somatic Attachment, Decolonial Psychology, and the Healing Arts. I give gratitude to my teachers - the greatest being Mother Earth, my ancestral lineage, and the ancestral Cherokee [Tsalagi (ᏣᎳᎩ)] land I currently walk upon.
