Who I am:

Hi! I’m Erica and I’m so glad you found me. I’m a holistic life coach and consultant, helping people remember what is most important to them so that they can take inspired action turning their dreams into reality. By offering coaching and consulting to individuals, couples, and groups, I help my clients get to the root of their issues, map out the actions to take, so that there can be a clear direction for fruitful growth.

Rooted in connection to Mother Earth and ancestral wisdom, I hold a vision of seeing humanity thrive and helping to bridge the gap between the sacred & modern world.

I spent many years working in the corporate world, leading global tech operations from DC to NYC, designing the systems that allowed organizations to thrive and accelerate. That time revealed my innate capacity to nurture and anchor people through intense growth and great uncertainty, while maintaining a steady vision. I took that knowledge with me to begin my entrepreneurial journey in 2020 and receive many certifications in the healing arts. I now gratefully weave these paths together, knowing there is profound intersectionality and opportunity for immense growth.

I draw from experience in operational excellence and elemental wisdom, continuously seeing how these viewpoints inform and impact one another. Ultimately, I support anyone who is ready to remember what matters & trust their truth so that they move from a place of security, ease, joy, purpose, and freedom.
