My Journey

Hi! I’m so glad you found me.

After having a successful career in the corporate world, managing global customer service teams, I decided to start my own business and offer coaching and consulting services. I’ve been so pleased to see the seamless transference from my experience building teams from the ground up, as well as developing systems and structures that sustainably provide nurturance for long-term growth, in the coaching space. I genuinely love people and having the opportunity to support others birth ideas, projects, new ways of being, and humans!

My intention is to speak life into everything and offer tools that are both nourishing and revitalizing in mind, body, and spirit. I feel honored to help individuals, couples, families, and organizations thrive.

I see the interconnectivity of all things and humbly acknowledge, as well as give gratitude to the land I currently reside on as Togiyasdi, referred to by the indigenous people of Tsalagi.

My Approach

I’m here to remind you that you’re not alone and that you (already!) have everything you need within you. I am here to be a compassionate witness and champion along your journey.

Through active listening, thoughtful questioning, and poignant reflecting, I will be a partner to help you map out and return to your truth. I incorporate modalities like breathwork, herbalism, meditation, prayer, archetypal & mythological reference, dance, energy work, bodywork, interior design, logistical and technological support, and intuitive guidance. My goal is to serve as a guide for you to come to your own conclusions & navigate toward inner safety, trust, acceptance, compassion, love, and ultimately, freedom. I believe that self-discovery & transformation is meant to and can be FUN!
